Pamela E. Havird, Attorney at Law, provides service in the San Diego area for the business community, and individuals in most types of legal matters. Ms. Havird has been practicing law for more than thirty (30) years with an emphasis on business litigation. Ms. Havird is a sole practitioner, and trial lawyer with the LAW OFFICES OF PAMELA E. HAVIRD and is licensed in California and Georgia. During Ms. Havird’s career she has worked with small businesses in setting up companies, employment issues, intellectual property issues, land-lord tenant issues, enforcement of contractual disputes, and general legal issues related to the operations of businesses. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Havird worked as a Legislative Assistant in the Virginia State Legislature, and did fund raising and press releases for the former Lt. Governor of Virginia, Dick Davis, and fund raising for the former Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Paul Simon.

We do cross border issues between the US and Mexico and have represented many foreign nationals. In the past Pamela has worked with attorneys in Mexico City on issues arising out of NAFTA, and is now a candidate with the Law Society to practice as a British Solicitor with international clients in the States and abroad.
